This room addition in the Broadway Terrace District of Oakland, California, was created for the Homeowners to enjoy a roughly 1,000 square foot family room, to include a laundry shoot from the third level, an enclosed laundry room, custom cabinetry, windows by Marvin, recessed lighting, and hardwood floors on the existing staircase.
